Search by Gene

What does this tool do?
This tool is dedicated to lymphoma genetic research. It collected ~1.5 millions of data points from 57 independant NGS studies. The searching function intends to cross compare users' inputted gene list with the large collection of lymphoma mutations, so that the comparative analysis will answer the question: "Which genes in my list are more frequently mutated across 13 subtypes of lymphoma, or only uniquly mutated in certain subtypes?"

1) Input gene(s).
2) Match genes against the mutation collection derived from 57 lymphoma NGS studies.
3) Output the mutation frequencies associated with the genes in order to prioritize the important ones
