Collection of Lymphoma Somatic Mutations from 57 Published NGS Studies for Comparative Analysis
Page Title
Searching by Mutations

What does this tool do?
LymphoDB makes it easy to compare your lymphoma genetic results to rest of the world! It collected ~1.5 millions of data points from 57 independant, up-to-date NGS studies. This searching function cross compares users' inputted mutation list with the LymphoDB collection, so that the comparative analysis, which shows common and unique mutations across subtypes and studies, will help users to prioritize the hotspot mutations in their interest.

1) Input mutation list (in hg19 chromosome oriented notation).
2) Match mutations against the mutation collection derived from 57 lymphoma NGS studies.
3) Output the matching frequency to help prioritize important ones
